Management Responsibilities:

• All staff and subcontractors answer to me directly.
• I set high standards and maintain them.
• Tenants are vetted by credit check and phone references.
• Consolidated report for accountant for financial year end.
• Rents are collected promptly and payments recorded daily.
• No tolerance for rent arrears.
• All income is paid to you monthly.
• Rents are reviewed and maintained at market levels.
• Regular 3 monthly property inspections are done by me personally.
• Repairs and maintenance kept current.
